November 1st is All Saints' Day. Here in Rhineland Palatinate, this day is a public holiday.
We are therefore closed on this day and there will be no shipping.
There is no uniform regulation and therefore also some federal states in which this day is not a public holiday.
Dealer login for new customers
New dealer customers can register themselves with their VAT ID in our dealer portal and shop.
Since the latest shop software was installed, we have only been able to switch to the dealer portal manually.
Our IT expert has fixed this software bug in our shop system.
Shipping costs Germany
Reduction in shipping costs from 16. June 2021 for orders placed here in the online shop.
For parcel shipping with our contractual partners DHL, DPD and GLS, you only pay 3,45 EUR per parcel.
We deliver free of charge from a value of 100.00 EUR per order.
The prices mentioned are including VAT, and only for deliveries within Germany!

Extreme price increase for raw materials
Commodity prices have risen exorbitantly in the last few weeks and months.
Prices for copper, brass, aluminum, raw materials for the production of all kinds of plastics have already reached an unprecedented record high and further price increases are not yet in sight.
We too will have to adjust our prices in the next few days and weeks according to the price explosion for raw materials, between 8% and 15%.
We therefore strongly recommend making purchases in good time in May 2021, because from June 2021 at the latest we will no longer be able to offer our goods at the currently stated prices.
We have a very large storage capacity, but we cannot cope with the unexpectedly high rush of purchases.
Easter 2021
From April 2nd we are closed until April 5th 2021.
On April 1st 2021 the last shipment will be made before Easter.
From April 6th 2021 your orders will be dispatched again. Your inquiries and other concerns will also be processed quickly.

Coaxial cables CLF200, CLF240, H155 available with FRNC jacket.
CLF200, CLF240 and H155 cables are still available with PVC sheath and PE sheath.
The versions with FRNC or LSZH jacket generate very little smoke in case of fire and do not develop any harmful vapors or gases for humans or animals..
Raw material prices continue to rise
Too few empty transport containers, triggered by the lockdown measures caused by the coronavirus, are driving the prices for raw materials and freight costs steadily higher. We cannot absorb these price increases and we will have to pass them on.
