SeaTex 10 Koaxialkabel bis 8 GHz<\/p><\/div>\n

Seatex 10 Koaxialkabel SHF 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Auf Basis des bew\u00e4hrten Ecoflex 10 Standard wurde das 50 Ohm SeaTex 10 Koaxialkabel SHF 2 vorzugsweise f\u00fcr den maritimen Einsatz bis 8 GHz von SSB Electronic entwickelt.
\nDie Au\u00dfenisolierung des SeaTex 10 SHF 2 wird aus einem schwarzen Spezial Thermoplastik Copolymer (FRNC) hergestellt und misst 10,2 mm \u00b1 0,2 mm im Durchmesser.<\/p>\n

Das SeaTex 10 ist vornehmlich f\u00fcr den maritimen Einsatz entwickelt worden. Da es seewasserfest ist, SHF 2 und DNV GL Zulassung<\/strong> hat, findet es seine Haupteinsatzbereiche im Schiffbau, auf \u00d6lplattformen und der Stromgewinnung durch Windkraftanlagen On- und Offshore.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das SeaTex 10 SHF 2 passen s\u00e4mtliche Steckverbinder wie f\u00fcr das Ecoflex 10 bzw. Aircom.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mechanischer Aufbau Seatex 10 Koaxialkabel SHF 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Innenleiter besteht aus verdrillter Kupferlitze mit 7 x 1,0 mm Einzeldr\u00e4hten (10 AWG). Daraus ergibt sich ein Innenleiter-Durchmesser von 2,85 mm.<\/p>\n

Dieser kr\u00e4ftige Innenleiter wird von einem 7,9 mm LLC PE-Schaum gegen die zwei Au\u00dfenleiter isoliert umh\u00fcllt. LLC steht f\u00fcr Low Loss Compound<\/p>\n

Eine d\u00fcnne, \u00fcberlappende Kupferfolie, die zur Erh\u00f6hung der Rei\u00dffestigkeit auf der Innenseite mit einer d\u00fcnnen PE-Schicht bedampft ist, liegt unmittelbar auf dem LLC PE-Schaum und bildet den ersten Au\u00dfenleiter mit 100% Bedeckung des Seatex 10 Koaxialkabel SHF 2.<\/p>\n

Ein dichtes Kupfergeflecht mit einem Bedeckungsgrad von 75% liegt als zweiter Au\u00dfenleiter direkt auf dieser Kupferfolie.<\/p>\n

Kupferfolie und Geflecht gemeinsam erreichen hierdurch ein Schirmungsma\u00df von mehr als 90 dB bei 1 GHz.<\/p>\n

Als sch\u00fctzender Au\u00dfenmantel wird ein schwarzes, FRNC \/ LSNH spezial thermonplastik Copolymer verwendet.<\/p>\n

Der Au\u00dfendurchmesser betr\u00e4gt 10,2 mm \u00b1 0,2 mm.<\/p>\n
