SMA Stecker Aircell 5<\/p><\/div>\n

Der Mittelkontakt der SMA Stecker Aircell 5 wird f\u00fcr den 1,08 mm dicken Innenleiter im Schaft etwas dicker hergestellt als f\u00fcr RG 58 Kabel.
\nDer innere Durchmesser des vergoldeten Pins betr\u00e4gt 1,2 mm, um Innenleiter, also die Seele von Koaxialkabeln mit Drahtdurchmessern von 1,05 mm bis 1,15 mm einwandfrei f\u00fcr eine Crimpmontage aufzunehmen. Kleinere Drahtdurchmesser m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr eine einwandfreie Befestigung angel\u00f6tet werden. Bedingt durch die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Bohrung ist nat\u00fcrlich\u00a0auch der Au\u00dfendurchmesser etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer und kann daher nicht mehr mit der gleichen Crimpgr\u00f6\u00dfe gecrimpt werden, wie der Kontakt f\u00fcr RG 58<\/a>, der nur eine Bohrung von 1,0 mm bei einem Au\u00dfendurchmesser von 1,2 mm hat.\u00a0Um den Kontakt einwandfrei an den Innenleiter von Aircell 5 zu crimpen, wird eine Crimpgr\u00f6\u00dfe von HEX 1,07 mm ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dieser SMA Stecker<\/a> ist nat\u00fcrlich auch f\u00fcr viele weitere Kabeltypen geeignet als nur f\u00fcr Aircell 5<\/a>. Voraussetzung ist nat\u00fcrlich, dass andere Kabel einen ebenfalls nur einen Innenleiter mit 1,05 mm bis max. 1,15 mm haben. In\u00a0dieser Kabelgruppe finden sich sehr viele Koaxialkabel verschiedener Hersteller, die einen Au\u00dfendurchmesser zwischen 4,85\u00a0mm und 5,1 mm und einen Wellenwiderstand von 50 Ohm haben. RG 58 Low Loss<\/a>, CLF200<\/a>, HDF200, LMR200 geh\u00f6ren zu den bekanntesten Kabeln dieser Gruppe.<\/p>\n

Als vor einigen Jahren das verlustarme Aircell 5 Kabel auf den Markt kam und wir dieses sehr ausgiebig getestet haben, ob es wirklich so gut ist, wie vom Hersteller angegeben, ist uns lediglich eine\u00a0unsch\u00f6ne Anmerkung im damaligen Hersteller-Datenblatt aufgefallen und zwar: „F\u00fcr das Aircell 5 passen s\u00e4mtliche Steckverbinder wie f\u00fcr das RG 58. Es kann jedoch sein, dass bei einigen Steckverbindern der Innenleiter etwas abgefeilt werden muss, um in die gleichen Kontakte wie das RG 58 zu passen.“ Als renomierter\u00a0Hersteller von Koaxialkabeln ist so etwas ein absolutes No-Go. Wir haben umgehend reagiert, weil der Kabelhersteller eben nicht die versprochenen Steckertypen liefern konnte, und haben passende Steckverbinder f\u00fcr dieses extrem gute Koaxialkabel Aircell 5 herstellen lassen.
